Rates include electric, water, sewer, and internet. Nightly and weekly rates include up to two adults and two children, or three adults with no children. Additional person charge of $2 per day for each person with a maximum of six people per site.

Rates include water, sewer, and internet. Electric is metered and billed monthly. First month requires a $100 deposit that applies to the last month’s electric. Monthly rates include up to two adults per site. Additional charge of $20 for each person. Online reservations incur a booking fee. All payments made by credit card or debit card will incur a convenience fee.
